The rules for participating in the Exquisite Rides website-first controlled beta.

ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTANCE
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these Terms. The service is not available to minors, and a parent or guardian cannot consent on a minor’s behalf. Creating an account records agreement to the current Terms and acknowledgment of the Privacy Policy.
CONTROLLED BETA
Exquisite Rides is an evolving website-first beta. Features may change, pause, be limited or be removed. Do not rely on it as the only copy of irreplaceable photographs, maintenance records, receipts or safety information.
COMMUNITY EXPECTATIONS
Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, discriminate, post unlawful or sexually exploitative content, expose private information, deceive, spam, evade access controls, distribute malware, encourage dangerous driving or illegal street racing, or interfere with another member or the service.
YOUR CONTENT
You retain ownership of your content and represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions and releases. You grant Exquisite Rides a nonexclusive license to host, store, cache, resize, reformat, transmit, display and make technical copies solely to operate, secure, moderate, support and improve the service according to your privacy choices.
VEHICLE AND SAFETY INFORMATION
Build descriptions, modifications, parts, maintenance notes and comments are member content, not engineering, mechanical, legal or safety advice. Verify work with qualified professionals and applicable laws. Exquisite Rides does not encourage unsafe driving, street racing or illegal modifications.
MODERATION AND COPYRIGHT
We may investigate, restrict, preserve or remove content or accounts to protect people, enforce these Terms or comply with law. Use Support to report safety, privacy, impersonation, harassment or copyright concerns. A complete statutory DMCA safe-harbor program requires separate counsel-approved agent registration and procedures before broad launch.
ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY AND TERMINATION
Protect your access credentials and promptly report suspected compromise. You may stop using the service or delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk, legal requirements or discontinuation of the beta.
SERVICE AND LIABILITY LIMITS
The controlled beta is provided on an as-available basis without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. You remain responsible for your content, conduct and vehicle decisions. Jurisdiction-specific governing-law, dispute, indemnity and enforceable liability provisions require licensed-counsel review before broad commercial launch and are not silently imposed by this beta text.
