PRIVACY POLICY
How the Exquisite Rides controlled beta collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects member and browser data.

DATA YOU PROVIDE
We process account email and authentication records; profile and privacy choices; garage and vehicle details; albums, photos, captions, parts, plans, saves, follows, comments; support, safety and moderation submissions; and policy-acceptance records.
BROWSER AND DEVICE DATA
We process ordinary connection, browser, device, security and reliability information. Sign-in sessions persist in protected browser or device storage until sign-out, expiry or deletion. Service providers may use necessary security controls such as Cloudflare bot-management cookies; we do not use behavioral advertising in this beta.
LOCAL UPLOAD RECOVERY
Browser upload recovery may keep selected image bytes in IndexedDB for up to seven days. It is limited to 8 MB per item, 12 items and 48 MB total. The data stays on that browser until upload, cancellation, expiry, account deletion or site-data removal.
WHY WE USE DATA
We use data to authenticate members, operate and sync garages, apply privacy choices, deliver requested features, recover uploads, secure and moderate the service, answer support requests, enforce rules and improve reliability.
VISIBILITY AND SHARING
Public profiles and cars, their public albums and comments, and related community activity may be visible to members. Private records are intended to be visible only to their owner. Do not upload unnecessary personal information, and review photos for faces, plates, documents, addresses and precise locations.
PROCESSORS AND TRACKING
Supabase processes authentication, database, functions, realtime and media storage; Sites and Cloudflare deliver and protect the website; Resend or connected SMTP infrastructure sends account email. Remote sample-image hosts may receive ordinary request information. Browser Do Not Track signals are not a universal legal standard; this beta does not sell personal information or run cross-site behavioral ads.
MEDIA HANDLING
Selected images are decoded, resized when necessary and re-encoded as JPEG before upload to reduce embedded metadata such as EXIF and GPS. This is a safety measure, not a guarantee that every visible personal detail has been removed.
Account confirmation, password recovery and security messages are operational. Community broadcast and product-update email is disabled during the controlled beta and must not be enabled without a separate consent and compliance release.
RETENTION, CHOICES AND DELETION
Members may correct profile and garage data in the product and permanently delete an account from Member Settings. Deletion removes the member identity, product records, private media folder and device recovery data, subject to short-lived operational receipts, security evidence, legal obligations and limited infrastructure backups.
AGE, SECURITY AND CHANGES
This controlled beta is intended only for adults age 18 or older. People under 18 may not create or use a member account. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we will restrict it and handle its information as described in this Policy. We use access controls, row-level security, private media storage and secure transport, but no service can promise perfect security. Material policy changes will receive a new effective date and, when appropriate, an in-product notice or renewed acceptance.
